We have been closely following the guidelines laid out by our State, County and AG organizations and we are committed to ensuring we are adhering to the guidelines and recommendations that they have set forth.  As we adjust to the new requirements our 2020 U-Pick Season will look and feel different, but we are diligently putting all the necessary guidelines in place and ensuring our employees are trained and understand the COVID-19 and County U-Pick requirements. Papa’s Safety and Best Practices – COVID-19

• • We will be adhering to all current Contra Costa County COVID-19 guidelines
  • We will require all visitors to wear a face mask at all times while on the farm

• We will establish and maintain maximum number of customers that can be accommodated in the picking and purchasing areas while allowing for appropriate social distancing
• We will allow not allow more than 10 per group
• We will not allow any bags, ice chest, food, backpacks in the Orchard
• We will screen all employees to ensure there are no signs of COVID-19
• We will sanitize our check in and check out area between customers
• We will provide bags for picking
• Expect waiting time to be longer than usual as we adjust to current guidelines
• We ask for exact change if possible
• Picnic tables will not be available
